Looking for a Home to Rent? Homefind is a Rental Listing Agency working on behalf of the private landlords in the Nelson Bays, Tasman District & Motueka Region. Our homes are listed free of charge on behalf of the landlords & property managers. To get you started: Much of what needs to be done can be completed in less than 10 minutes. These needs are then matched to our computer database which then provides you with a printout of all homes, suiting, or close to your requirements to maximize all possibilities. You then contact landlords to view the homes and if you like one you negotiate direct with the landlord. How to register!
You pay this fee when registering and covers for a period of 6 months with Homefind. You will be given a client number. This is like a PIN number and is provided as security for your file. You can register with Homefind by Direct Credit, Credit Card via phone or our website and the listings will be faxed, emailed or given over the phone. More Contact Information Listings can now be emailed. If your first choice does not work out you can obtain more listings at no extra charge providing this is within the 6 month period from when you joined. When contacting us for an updated list of homes you simply quote your Name, Client Number and an updated list can be given to you via email, fax or phone . Updates are only sent on request. Our homes are listed on a DAILY basis so it is important, once you have joined Homefind that you keep in regular contact for new listings.
