PROPERTY INSPECTIONS
Property Inspections are done on a 3 monthly basis at a cost of $35
plus GST (depending on area).
MANAGEMENT FEES
A management fee of 7.5% plus GST of the rent will be charged for this
service.
The management fee can be claimed as a tax deduction against your property.
Credit Checks on tenants can be done at a cost of $20 per person. (Credit
checks can also be done through HOMEFIND, on behalf of landlords, regardless
as to whether we manage your property).
3 weeks Bond and 1 Weeks rent
will be taken in advance.
We encourage automatic bank payments.
