Principal Tim Boutle moved to Nelson in 1998 following a successful career in England as a Financial Adviser. Since then Tim has owned several local businesses and is himself a property investor. He is also the chairman of one of Nelson's larger Body Corporates.

His combination of business knowledge and attention to detail ensures a professional service and reliable management of your property.

Tim lives in Richmond, has two children and likes nothing more than tinkering with classic cars and motorcycles!
