Our rental lettings agency lists properties primarily on behalf of private landlords and property managers. When people like yourself who are looking for a new home contact us we offer a service that matches your requirements to the properties we have on our books. Our system compiles a list of properties that would be suitable which we pass onto you including the property addresses and the owners contact information, you are then free to do drive-by's or contact the owner and arrange a viewing. We normally receive new property listings daily therefore if you either miss out or don't like any of the properties on your list we will carry on supplying you with new properties at your request for up to 6 months.

In order for us to work with you and find you a home you do need to be a member of Homefind. There is a joining fee of $99 for 6 months membership. It is important that you know that once you have joined there are no other fees involved, we DO NOT charge letting fees (many agencies charge a weeks rent plus GST as a fee or commission when they find you a home), once you're a member there are no other fees to pay.

You can join either over the phone or online, payment can be made by credit card, internet banking or simply by paying the fee into our account.
