& money. Our prospective tenants are then put in direct contact with the landlords. A file is set up on our data base with information as to the Landlords individual requirements, for pets, smokers, children etc. Please note that children fall under the Human Rights Act and cannot be discriminated against. Landlords ring us immediately the home is rented eliminating any further enquiries, however due to the high demand for rental accommodation in the NelsonBays/Tasman district Homefind also rings our landlords 2-3 times a week to confirm the home is still available. When a property is rented the details remain on our data base for future relistings.
