How We Work
Our service includes providing landlords with a free listing agency to advertise their homes.

We take details of the home they have, and the types of tenants they would consider. We contact these landlords 2-3 times a week to confirm their vacancies so as to minimise the possibility of advising our clients of homes that may already have been rented.

Much of what needs to be done can be completed in less than 10 minutes. We setup a personalized file listing the areas and surrounding areas that you may wish to consider. We include the number of bedrooms required, the approximate rent range you will consider and any other particular requirement you may have. These needs are then matched to our computer database which then provides you with a printout of all homes, suiting, or close to, your requirements to maximize all possibilities. Armed with the first listing you then contact the landlords, view the homes, and if you like one you negotiate direct with the landlord.
